I’ve experienced a lot of what the endurance world can throw at you– I’ve moved from being a novice runner after transitioning from an initial ice hockey career, to using trail running as a training tool for big mountaineering adventures, to competing in ultramarathons amongst the elite class of trail runners as a Green Racing Project athlete. Through this journey, I’ve come to understand many of the challenges and obstacles athletes may face– injury risk while building mileage, balancing training amongst a busy life, planning for big goals years in advance, fueling appropriately, burnout, supplementation, etc., and I know how to focus training on the unique needs and goals of each athlete.

Coaching is a process that I adapt to you, whether that be daily workouts, logistics help, tips and tricks, a cheerleader along the way, or (as in most cases) all of the above.
